According to the national and European legislation (Regulation 2016/679/EU,) in force, Orkla has the obligation to administer in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided to it.
Orkla processes your personal data according to the provisions of GDPR, as Data Controller, through its departments, according to the applicable provisions of the law, for the carrying out of the following activities
– formulation of points of view to the requests of the Data Subjects
– organization/deployment of events/advertising
– resolution of requests of access, opposition, restriction, etc
– registration and transmission of answers to the requests regarding the violation of personal data security
If you do not agree to provide personal data, Orkla, through its departments from its structure, cannot take the legal steps to answer your requests etc.
LEGAL VIRTUE OF DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data are processed for the fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on our company as Data Controller. The processing cannot be extended to other purposes, unless you express your consent for this purpose;
Orkla commits to implement reasonable measures for physical, technical and administrative security, so that they prevent incidents such as loss, inadequate use, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal data.
The legislation governing mainly the activities carried out by Orkla is represented by the Regulation no. 2016/679/EU and the national legislation;

The ANSPDCP policy for protection and security of personal data is to collect only the necessary personal data for the purposes mentioned and to request the Data Subjects to communicate to us only the personal data which are strictly necessary for the fulfilment of these purposes.
